Continual announces two significant new operator contracts in Europe and the USA

Continual has announced that its Mobility Experience Analytics solution has been selected by two Tier 1 mobile network operators during the first quarter of 2020.

Continual has announced that its Mobility Experience Analytics solution has been selected by two Tier 1 mobile network operators during the first quarter of 2020.

Firstly Continual signed a multi-million dollar contract with a Tier 1 mobile operator in the USA, which has more than 100 million subscribers. Shortly afterwards, a European operator – part of a group that is one of the world’s top 5 telecoms companies – chose to extend the scope of its existing partnership with Continual to include Mobility Experience Analytics.

Continual is helping the US carrier to achieve leadership in industry coverage benchmarks, and to provide the very best mobility experience for commuters as well as for drivers and passengers in connected cars. This is being pursued by improving the operator’s network performance across all US regions, including the analysis of mobility experience over more than one million miles of roads and highways.

The European operator had already selected Continual to optimize its network performance on roads and highways nationwide, and the latest agreement will ensure an exceptional mobility experience for both drivers and passengers in connected cars across its region.

“This expansion of our long-standing – and previously announced – joint research and operational collaboration is an affirmation of the effectiveness of the Continual solution, and the confidence that this operator has in it,” said Greg (Giora) Snipper, CEO of Continual. “We are delighted to have secured both of these contracts, which acknowledge the fundamental importance of mobility experience to both 5G strategy and customer loyalty.”
